This book explores the sea capabilities of our nation’s foremost special operations commandos, and is the second of a three-volume trilogy published by Phoca Press. The first, Air Capabilities of the U.S. Navy SEALs, by Captain (SEAL) Norm Olson and Commander (SEAL) Tom Hawkins was published in
December 2017. The forthcoming land capabilities narrative will complete the trilogy.
